Paddys Day Grubb Recipes anyone??
With the Paddys Day celebrations approaching fast, I am trying to get organized and find the best recipe for Irish Stew which will be served for dinner in LOKI Hostels. I seem to remember last year I was in a serious state of inebreation trying to create something which slightly resembled a stew of an Irish nature. I did have Osgurs helping hand, but from what I remember he was in an even worse state than myself. The stew turned out OK, although most people had lost their appetites by that time of the day.
Anyway, this year, I am unfortunately not going to be in the hostel to oversee the kitchen side of things so will be leaving all gastronomic responsibilities to our trusty Dave? If any of you know Dave and his eating/cooking habits then you will understand why I have reason to worry!
So please people, any simple Irish Stew Recipes that are easy to make on the day after a few drinks, let us know....I will appreciate it along with Dave and most importantly the punters that will be eating!!!
Yeah i would be grateful if people could help Jesse sort out the cooking before he leaves as like Jesse says you dont want me to be involved especially for the sake of the kitchen staff anyway!!
It probably was osgurs fault everyone was demented!!
